Please note this is a copy of the house rules listed on Airbnb, please refer to it as they will be the most current.

• Have fun, enjoy and explore the city, we have a lot to offer
• Please let us know prior to arrival if there are any special accommodations that you might need or expect
• Respect check-in and check-out times
• Please report damage immediately
• All communication will be done via the Airbnb app/website. This protects you as the guest and us as the host. Please download the airbnb app for you mobile device and turn on notifications for it.
• If you have an issue, you are declaring that we may enter the property in an attempt to resolve the issue. We will send communication to you prior to doing so
• NO Smoking allowed on or around premises. Breaking of this rule will result in $500 fee plus any related damages
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises
• NO Pets Pets allowed on or around premises. Breaking of this rule will result in $500 fee per pet plus any related damages
• No parties or events allowed
• Only the person that has booked is allowed to check in (i.e. no 3rd party bookings)
• Only Guest that are on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight in the house. Any undeclared guest will be at a charge of $15 per guest per day
• If you are "local" to the area additional information may be needed prior to confirmation of booking
• Please don't rearrange the furniture
• Person making the reservation must have a valid working phone number on file with
• Any stays over 28 days may incur a background check, cost, not to exceed $50 will be incurred by person renting
• Please respect the eating areas, do not eat bedrooms
